Nature has got some important benefits, ya'll.
It seems obvious, therefore, that, starting at a young age, we should be educating future generations on the vital need for proper nature utilization and preservation. If we expose kids to the advantages of nature then we can teach them, in turn, how to properly enjoy it and preserve it.
It's a win-win scenario folks.
Also, to reiterate the above, the health benefits are truly great ya'll.
They include:
1) Reduced anxiety and depression
2) Decreased stress
3) Increased energy
4) Increased immunity
5) 50% lower risk of diabetes
6) Increased vitamin D production
7) Increased weight loss and fitness
8) Reduces symptoms of A.D.D.
9) 50% lower risk of heart attack
10) 30% lower risk of colon cancer
That's a long list guys. Also, that's a list that could directly improve the future of kids-especially kids that don't normally have access to nature or the right supervision to explore it safely.
So, that's why we're here. It's a simple cause, but the potential benefits are enormous. We hope you'll join us for the ride.
